The apartment

It is surrounded by a communal garden, with a private portion of it, that includes a dining area and an exclusive parking spot in the open.

The apartment is equipped with both air conditioning and heating. The mezzanine houses the king-size bed and in the living room a sofa bed for 2 people is also found. From the window the sight of the sea, easily reachable on foot, can also be enjoyed.

  1. Prices include: VAT taxes, electricity & water usage. You only have to add the final cleaning €80,00 per day.
    You will also be asked to pay the tourist tax and final cleaning during your check-in

  2. Sets of linen are not included in the final price, but we do offer them at an added price. It is, however, preferable if you brought your own bed & bathroom linen.

  3. During July, August and the first half of September, the minimun duration of your stay is a full week, in June it is 4 days, and the rest of the year is 3.

House Rules

It is forbidden to smoke inside the apartment. You may find an ashtray on the external table, to be used exclusively outside.

It is forbidden to leave any garbage on the grass, organic included, as well as cigarette butts.

Remember to always close the doorway to the stairs.

Pay attention not to make any loud noises between 02:00 & 04:00 PM and after 11:00 PM.

Do not light any fires or barbecues outside.

Please do not bring any sand inside the apartment, you may wash your feet at the water faucet present in the lawn.

Always close the parasol atop the table after use.

Do not hang any clothes from the windows, you will be shown where you may find two drying racks, to be used, preferably, outside.

Please respect the private parking spots; the second to last from the top is the one reserved for you.

It is mandatory to take the trash out before the end of your stay. 

All the gates must be closed at all times.

Please do not play any ball game on the property.
